Managing Director, Chris Lonsdale, has been in the industry for over 15 years and brings national and international experience to provide the best training facility around. Chris takes pride in having the highest quality trainers with the majority of them having over 5 years experience in the industry and are full time personal trainers which is rare in the fitness industry.

Chris has a total desire to help people achieve the body of their dreams! Chris begun in the fitness industry over 15 years ago after 6 years of tertiary study completing a 2 year full time Diploma of Fitness as well as a 4 year Degree in Physical Education majoring in Sports Science at the University of Canberra. Chris has both national and international experience as a personal trainer in the industry in countries such as New Zealand, USA and the UK. This comprehensive education coupled with extensive industry experiences ensures that not only his clients receive the absolute best but his team of trainers are of the highest standard. When training with Chris you will not only learn to achieve the best body and health possible but also how to maintain it long term!

Cam has been taught by some of the best coaches in Australia from the top organisations for weightlifting and powerlifting. He has worked in gyms both in Australia and overseas, and has a background in a wide range of sports including rugby, cricket, soccer, tennis, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do and athletics. This experience gives him a broad knowledge base of training methods and exercises to draw upon when helping people reach their individual goals. Cam adapts these different elements into a personalised series of fun, challenging and effective workouts based on proven methods to change how it feels to be in your own body and move you towards a longer, stronger, healthier life.
Qualifications Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, First Aid and CPR, Kettlebell Level 1 accreditation and Kettlebell Level 2 accreditation
aron has been working as a Personal Trainer for 4 years and 2 years here at Team Fitness. You may have seen him around the gym taking Circuit classes, HITT classes, TEAM X, Buddy PT and 1 on 1 PT sessions. Aaron Also has experience with High Performance sport as he has been training with the ACT Academy of Sport for the last 5 years and has also represented Australia at an Under 21s Level. This has allowed Aaron to develop lots of different techniques to train clients and help achieve a varying degree of goals.
Aaron’s training philosophy revolves around 3 main principles: Training, Nutrition and Recovery.If you can keep these 3 things consistent then you will notice some fantastic results in your training.He also believes in “Consistency of hard work” whether that is relating to intensity of sessions being able to consistently turn up to train it can all be put down to consistency.

Nathan has been involved with the fitness industry since 2012 and has worked across several different roles. He has enjoyed a wide range of sports throughout his life but placed a major focus on basketball which has taken him around Australia and overseas. Along his journey through elite basketball and continuing into his experience playing college basketball in Canada, Nathan learned a lot about training and cemented a real passion for fitness. As an elite athlete Nathan has had exposure to top level strength and conditioning training which shaped his understanding of fitness and gave him detailed knowledge on methods to achieve the best results. Nathan has also been mentored by some of Australia’s leading Strength and Conditioning coaches at the AIS in the Centre Of Excellence and NBA Academy basketball programs, from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, and from Powerlifting Australia.
Nathan believes the best results come from clear goals and a well-planned approach to training and nutrition. Nathan can help you eliminate any guesswork to ensure that your efforts are as efficient and effective as possible. Training should be fun so sessions with Nathan will be enjoyable and interesting while providing the challenge you need to get great results. Why did you join the fitness industry?
I ran a small sales business for many years but felt I needed a new challenge. I love people and I love fitness so felt personal training would be the ideal career change for me. I’m certainly thankful that I made that decision as helping others improve their health and well-being makes this job the most rewarding of careers!
Philosophies on training
I truly believe that regular exercise combined with proper nutrition is the key to a happy healthy life. My main focus while training clients is to have fun while ensuring the sessions are challenging, progressive and focused towards the client’s short and long-term training goals. If you’re having fun and enjoying your training it will become a natural part of your daily lifestyle which improves every aspect of your life !

As a mature-aged trainer I believe my forte is ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident, especially our older members or those new to the gym scene. I have a genuine desire to see you achieve your goals and this ensures that you will get 100% of my support, encouragement, motivation, and focus for every session we have together.
